Dr AmirBahram ArabAhmadi, the FWS International Affairs Consult and head of the South African Studies program, attended a conference in Addis Ababa this week discussing “The Ancient Civilizations of Axum and Persia”.
Dr ArabAhmadi, presented on paper on the similarities of Persian and Amharic which shows ancient connection between the two civilizations.
The conference was a joint effort by the University Addis Ababa and the Consulate of Iran in Ethiopia.
